Who is responsible
This website is operated by Chiang Yoke Heng, an authorised marketing referrer for Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1914). Questions about this policy, or about personal data you have sent, go to info@nexsproperty.com or +60 11-1677 9870.
What the registration form does
When you submit the registration form, your name, phone number, email address, the layout you selected and any message you typed are emailed to us through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay. The email arrives at our marketing inbox. FormSubmit processes the submission in order to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes.
If that relay is unavailable for any reason, the form falls back to opening WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, so that a message you meant to send is not lost. Nothing is sent over WhatsApp until you press send yourself.
This website has no database of its own and stores nothing in your browser.
What we do with what you send
We use your details for one purpose: answering your enquiry about these developments and, if you ask us to, passing you to a licensed real estate negotiator at Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd so a booking can be made.
Where a booking proceeds, the developer will also need your details in order to issue the booking form and the Sale and Purchase Agreement. That is the only onward disclosure that happens, and it only happens at your instruction.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a bulk marketing list without your say-so.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails and WhatsApp conversations are kept while an enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. It loads a stylesheet and font files from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the IP address your browser connects from, as they would for any website using that service. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no session tracking on these pages.
If analytics or advertising tags are added later, this section will be updated to say so in the same deployment.

Pages here link out to developer websites, to WhatsApp and to the KPKT TEDUH portal. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy policy, not this one.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Send that request to the email or WhatsApp number above and we will act on it.
Children
This site is aimed at adult property buyers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date at the top.
